This is a 2-years fixed term contract role based in Bintulu.
Job Responsibilities
- People Manager of Sales Executives under own allocated Area. Hence to coach, mentor, grow and engage Sales Executives to maximize their performance and potential.
- Plan & execute overall Open Channel expansion, based on existing Prepaid & Postpaid consumer density and new market opportunities.
- To explore green fields areas within a Cluster for further expansion.
- Cluster Owner to all Telco Prepaid & Postpaid related businesses under category of Open Channel & Modern Trade.
- Plan, develop and execute quarterly tactical sales program to achieve Prepaid & Postpaid target set upon.
- Perform Basic Performance Analysis to help translate to action items.
- Monitor dealers performance by Clusters to ensure dealers are on par with company's current product promo/channel or segment programs.
- Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective Clusters and review its effectiveness/ threat/ opportunities towards company. To propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitive within Clusters.
- Responsible for Cluster pyramid health following guidelines as directed by Sales & Distribution Team.
- To achieve sales targets for reloads & quality activations leading to revenue increase.
- Constantly ensure company's presence is visible within Clusters.
- Execute Daily tasks via Dealer Physical Visitations within allocated Clusters
- Troubleshoot dealer and frontliner system / product related queries.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Diploma/Degree
- Must Possess Own Transport with Valid Licenses
- Negotiation
- Analytics & Problem Solving
- Proficient spoken and written English & Malay (other languages are plus)
- Flexible, able to work during weekend or at odd hours.
