Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain the highest standard of boutique environment and customer service.
Meet sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff.- Assist in daily retail operations and ensure the store image aligns with company guidelines.
Conduct staff coaching, in-store training, and daily operations to meet service standards.
- Support the Boutique Manager in people management, coaching, and motivating team members.
Embrace and promote the BRAND selling ceremony, aiming to achieve sales targets and optimize selling opportunities.- Act as a BRAND Ambassador and role model for team members.
Maintain a harmonious work environment and support teamwork at the boutique.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail, with a strong understanding of the luxury market.
- At least 2 years of mid-managerial experience in fashion/luxury retail.
Knowledge of leather products and CRM experience is preferred.- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
- Passionate about fashion and the luxury retail industry.
Customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.- Solid leadership skills with a positive, vibrant energy and self-motivation.
Proficient in computer and Microsoft utilities.
- Fluent in English; ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage.
