Developing sales plans, strategies, and activities to meet the monthly budget target.- Leading the Sales Team for the whole of Northern region (Kedah, Penang, Perlis)
Investigate new business opportunities and increase market share both online and offline.
- Responsible for hosting professional presentations of our standard product line to our clients.
Develop and maintain strong existing customer relationships and loyalty to ensure that our services are well-received by our clients.- Ensure that customer goals are communicated to the appropriate operational team.
Responsible for creating and responding to customer profiles, as well as needs/complaints/inquiries.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any equivalent academic studies.- 1-2 years SALES WORKING EXPERIENCE (LOGISTICS BACKGROUND) or any relevant experience.
Proactive and has a positive mindset to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical and able to work independently.
Able to speak/understand Mandarin is an added advantage.- Well managed personality.
Strong social expert.
- Willing to travel, and has flexible time management.
Experience in leading/supervising a team before is an added advantage.
