Job Responsibility
To attend to Dealers & Customer on parts enquiries WhatsApp , telephone and walk in.
To attend online sales and inquiries platform in social media - Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada.
To prepare list of order and place order for Dealers and Customers.
To checking and do price tagging of all received parts ordered from suppliers.
To assist in customer enquiries on merchandise.
To assist in the display and upkeep of the merchandise and ensure stocks are tagged with retail price and displayed upon arrival.
To arrange and monitor records for postage / informed customers of the item arrived.
To list and monitor stock movement accordingly.
To compile customer order by weekly/monthly basis.
To do claims submission for warranty parts.
To prepare quotation, invoice and cash sales for Dealers & Suppliers.
To exploring new brands & products according to the market trends/what needs to bring in.
To work closely with the teams for successfully growth and sales target achieving.
To handle ad-hoc tasks that assigned by Manager.
To follow company SOP set by management
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 3 years experience in the industry or related industries.
Qualification : Minimum SPM. Diploma in Automotive is an added advantage.
High interest on big bike industry, accessories and apparels.
online sales experience will be an added advantage .
Ability to handle pressure and deliver desired results in accordance to the process set.
Ability to interact with the team and good team player.
Good interpersonal skills, self motivated and passion for sales and achieving targets.
