Establish and oversee operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities.
Lead and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
Plan and direct daily operations.
Develop and manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure effective use of resources.
Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance.
Represent the business or organization at sales and marketing meetings, trade exhibitions, and other forums.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is optional.
