Proactively engage with leads through channels like cold calling to promote our products and onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering support with our platforms and products
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets by effectively promoting our product and encouraging trading activity- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions, account opening procedures, and handling KYC verification documentation
Collaborate with colleagues in customer support, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of the team and the firm
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, with a strong understanding of customer-focused approach, negotiation skills, and client conversion.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
