Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Managing the sales team to ensure that they are completing their tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinating sponsorships, advertising, and promotions to increase event attendance and awareness
  • Developing pricing strategies based on market conditions, customer demographics, and competition
  • Communicating with clients to determine their needs and objectives in order to create a successful event

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high volume of Event Sales or hospitality industry
  • Flexible thinker who can adapt selling strategies to changing market conditions and continue to reach sales performance objectives
  • To develop and implement the events marketing strategy and develop products incorporating attractions and new technologies
  • Superior guest service skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent follow-through
  • Must have a professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior management of budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditures
  • Maintains a flexible schedule to include working on weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitudes and mindsets in the workplace, willing to learn and be a team player
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Flexible to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays
