Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major clients and company.
  • Conduct personal sales visits, organize sales promotions, expand and manage client relationships by analyzing their data.
  • Strategic planning to improve client results with performance reviews and establish a timeline of performance to meet sales targets.
  • Managing communications between key clients, merchandising and internal teams.
  • Research potential markets and bring in new clients.
  • Gain understanding of customer base, competition, pricing and other market variables to drive the business performance.

Job Requirements

  • Min possess SPM.
  • Experience with Customer Account Management/Key Account Management in FMCG industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
  • Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
