Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Over 5 years of experience in the local automotive market, with at least 2 years in management position.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strategic mindset and innovative thinking.
  • Strong stress tolerance, with a high sense of responsibility and execution capability.
  • Willing to accept short-term business trips both domestically and internationally.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Responsible for conducting in-store training and guidance for local car dealerships (4S shops)
  • Responsible for combining local market conditions with advanced foreign experiences to summarize and implement training programs.
  • Responsible for liaising with local car dealerships (4S shops) to understand frontline needs and provide solutions.
  • Responsible for daily marketing planning and execution for car dealerships (4S shops).
