Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers questions about specific products/services
  • Cross-sell products
  • Ensure racks are fully stocked
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Language required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to start as soon as possible
  • Able to work in Puchong / Kepong
  • Malaysian citizens between 18 to 30
