Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist accounts such as Statement & Chase payment via WhatsApp
  • Filling daily paper once the driver has deliver the goods
  • Monitor inventory.
  • Ring up items for customers.
  • Elevate feedback from customers to management.



Job Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and customer service-oriented sales clerk to work in our office. The sales co-ordinator is responsible delivery plaining and keeping track of inventory.



To be successful as a sales co-ordinator you must have excellent interpersonal skills. A good sales coordinate is patient and professional with customers at all times.



  • Required Language : English & Malay
  • Education : SPM onwards
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm with difficult customers.
  • Prior experience in retail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of PC required as well
