Lead, motivate sales team members to put in their best in achieving sales target.
Regular customer visitation with sales person for northern region (Penang + Kedah) to develop and maintain close communications and good business relationship with customers.
Analyse potential market, competitors and new business opportunity.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report in a timely manner.
Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma or above
Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
Having proven sales track record will be top priority
At least 1-2 years working experience in sales.
Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.
Equipped with result-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills with proactive engagement
Strong in setting and executing the strategy/plan, being strategic and yet hands-on
Has leadership, ambitious, influential as leader
Possess own transport.
Need to travel frequently in northern region (Penang/Kedah)
Willing to work in an independent and fast pace working development
Must be able to travel everyday to Penang Office. (Bukit Mertajam).
