Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day-to-day sales activities.
  • Assist sales team to prepare quotation, PO, invoice, consignment note, price list and report.
  • Assist in correspondence with customer by email, phone or WhatsApp and to follow up and resolve customer complaints.
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Required skill(s): Ms Excel, Word & AutoCount is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates and no working experience candidate are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Possess minimum SPM
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work as a team.
