Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop sales and marketing strategies for existing or new clients.
Build relationships with existing clients (upsell/cross-sell if possible).
Understand client needs to provide relevant proposals.
Prepare sales quotations.
Follow up on quotations/proposals offered to clients.
Prepare and complete important documents, ensure compliance with rules and SOPs.
Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
Collect, summarize, analyze, measure information, and update management on sales-related activities progress.
Review and monitor actual activity results compared to set targets.
Suggest action plans with minimal supervision (result-oriented).
Minimal office stay required, better to go out for meeting activities.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or related fields.
0 - 2 years of experience in sales or administration (fresh grads can apply).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, smart, strong time management, and attention to detail.
Pleasant personality with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Skilled in customer conversations, especially with new clients (mainly B2B) and service sales.
Basic knowledge in digital marketing and social media content is a bonus.
Ability to communicate in English.
Excellent basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
