Job Description

Job Responsibility



  • Understands motorbikes by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Understanding all of the products and services offered and explaining to customers confidently about our brand.
  • Able to convert the leads into a sale, and work as a specialist who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of motorbikes.
  • Suggest suitable motorbikes based on customer needs. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships . Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Selling accessories or other services once a motorbike has been chosen. Completing the paperwork for each sale.
  • Helping to increase the customer database and prospect potential sales.
  • Liaising with the service team to ensure sold motors are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the motors and maintain a safe workspace.
  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of a successful milestone.
  • To achieve sales targets as set by the management.



Job Requirements



  • Application interested for candidate language(s): English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin (Either One)
  • Required 1-year working experience in the Motorbikes related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Marketing skills, Experience in the automotive retail business, Passionate in sales and marketing, and a Team player.
  • Self-organized and result orientation.
  • Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
  • Previous experience in Motorbike Spare-parts manufacturing is added advantage.
  • Willing work at GT-MAX MOTORS BRANCH.
