- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
