Job Description Cultivate and find new customers and sell FA equipment.
Establish relationships with new customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Identify and respond to client needs of Factory Automation
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier
Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest for FA Product them accordingly
Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
Attend a weekly sales meeting
Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
Health and safety adherence
Bachelors degree above
MUST have a minimum of three (3) years experience in Factory Automation product sales OR engineer role.

Working Location: Gelugor, Penang
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
