- What is this role about:
As a sales representative, you will be developing and managing relationships with business clients to drive sales and meet revenue targets. This role involves in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You also will be working closely with the clients to negotiate contracts, manage the accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Understand client needs and present customized solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract finalization, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account plans to management.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including negotiation and closing.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability:
Able to build and maintain relationships with clients.Software Usage:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
