Job Responsibility
Job Description
- To lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support and training to enhance team effectiveness
- Closely monitor sales performance against sales target and KPI, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that sales targets and other KPIs are met
- Responsible for channel & customer expansion
- Responsible to conduct proper customer service training to sales team &
- Process daily sales orders and work with internal sales processing team to ensure payments flow and delivery of orders are managed smoothly with each customer
- Manage and respond to customers enquiries received via phone, email, messaging and face to face visitation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any related field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the sales & marketing related field.
- Have flair for sales and drive for sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Charismatic, influential, and motivational leader who can inspire a team to achieve great results.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English, Chinese, and Malay is required
