Job Responsibility
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Perform daily store operation; opening and closing.
- Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor.
- Achieve sales target set by the company.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Assist in display of merchandise and organizing the sales floor and inventory areas.
- Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.
- Understand all the products and recommend matching coordinates to customer to achieve sales target.
Job Requirements
- Possess good communication skill and self-motivated.
- Pleasant, friendly, engaging personality and customer oriented.
- Willing to work during weekend and Public holidays.
- Experience in Lighting shop field more advantages.
- Minimum qualification: SPM
