Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Promote and sell vehicles to potential customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest automotive trends and developments
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales growth
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the showroom

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Ford wildtruck and their features is a plus

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
