As a Sales Promoter, your main responsibilities include aiding the sales team in reaching their objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure the sales area remains clean and organized.
This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on the customer experience.
- Approach and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the current projects.
3. Helping and assisting the customers to key in their information or data accurately and efficiently using the system provided.- 4. Work with the sales team to meet KPIs.
5. Provide the sales team report to the management team.
