Why does this job exist and why is it critical
We are seeking a driven and analytical Process Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements across our Enteprise business, utilising project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery. You will be a champion for continuous improvement, working collaboratively with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
What are you accountable for
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes within the e2e sales journey. Create clear and concise process maps (as-is and to-be) to visualize workflows and facilitate communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with departmental teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Track and measure the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (or similar) to analyze, redesign, and optimize processes.
- Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Influence cross-functional teams in implementing process changes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrating cost savings or other business benefits.
- Develop and maintain documentation for improved processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integrations and automation opportunities to support improved processes
What do you need to have for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement or project management.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (or similar) and process optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints.
