Job Description

As a Sales Operations Executive at Cargobase, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to ensure efficient operations and effective communication across departments. Your contributions will be key in maintaining accurate data, improving sales processes, and ensuring the seamless coordination between Sales, Customer Success, and other departments. This role requires a detail-oriented and organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about contributing to the success of a collaborative tool that connects shippers and freight forwarders.

In this role, you will:

Conduct scoping meetings with prospects, supporting partners in Product, Customer Success, and other departments.
Effectively manage HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, and overall effectiveness.
Oversee and coordinate daily tasks with the Sales Team to ensure timely completion.
Maintain organised records and documentation.
Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Ensure coordination between Customer Success and Sales teams during client re-signing phases.
Serve as a liaison between the Sales team, Customer Success, and other departments.
Facilitate internal communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Assist with billing inquiries and issues.
Manage the contracting process, including document creation, contract requests, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation support.
Prepare monthly sales reports for the leadership team.
Assist the Sales team with travel arrangements for conferences, flights, hotels, etc.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and maintain a lead generation schedule and strategy.
Implement processes to ensure regular lead nurturing and follow-up.

You'll thrive in this role if:

You have 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, support, or customer success roles.
You are proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and sales tools.
You possess strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
You are a team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
