Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle and execute tasks before, during, and after events, including:
  • Prepare related shipping lists before events to ensure the completeness of all equipment/supplies.
  • Execute rehearsals and technical backstage work during events.
  • Assess, prevent, and mitigate accidents and risks during events.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Own transport, able to drive manual company car (having a GDL license is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Willing to work on weekends
