- E-Commerce Management and OperationsManage Daily Operations: Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on Shopee and Facebook and drive revenue growth for our baby boutique (Tateh).
- Digital Marketing and Customer EngagementDevelop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales and drive revenue growth.
Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to develop engaging content for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries promptly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Analytics, Collaboration, and Improvement
- Utilize Analytics Tools: Track KPIs, sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to assess performance.
Collaborate with Vendors:
