Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to all sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches to close sales and achieve sales target.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all times.
  • Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange necessary documents to be executed by purchasers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in sales & marketing of properties.
  • Highly sales driven person.
  • Self-motivated, good in networking skills and team player.
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Outstanding sales track record.
  • Possess own transport.
