Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Generate sales and interest by promoting companys products via phone calls / message to customers.

Achieve monthly personal sales target with hot leads provided by Marketing department through online advertising campaigns.

Communicate and arrange customer appointments booking by liaising closely with branches/clinics.

Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.

Drive, monitor & motivate team members to consistently meet KPI set.

Train and coach team members on product knowledge, selling skills and Q&A parameters.

Manage leads effectively via Facebook and follow up in a timely manner.

Utilise sales scripts and message templates provided to communicate with customers and ensure all calls/ chat meet the agreed standards and consistency.

Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to senior management.

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential clients for sales.

Maintain accurate records of call activities and lead information.

Prepare monthly promotional campaigns for the sales team.

Prepare personal weekly, monthly sales report and compile team members reports.

Build positive relationship with customers to encourage returning/ referral customers.

Stay abreast with the products and promotions offered by the company as well as telesales best practices.

Assist Marketing Manager on any ad-hoc requests.
  • Requirements:

Experience in outbound call as telemarketing manager or similar role.

Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years experience in sales team.

Possess a positive attitude, strong determination, passion, and sales drive to succeed.

Able to communicate and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Have the passion in telemarketing, training and managing people.

Excellent persuasion skill with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Able to cope well under pressure.

Goal oriented and a strong team player.

Computer literate in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,
  • 00 per month
