Responsible for sales administration and sales support, which includes providing administrative and coordination support to customers, sales personnel and manager, E.g. updating sales team the documentation progress/status, sales team performance, delivery status, etc.
Generate sales orders, invoice and delivery order.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report.
Submit documents for credit insurance.
Liaise with transporter to ensure timely deliveries either by road and freight.
Process, record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle all standard documents and ensure documents are filed properly.
Any other duties as when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in reading and writing both English and Mandarin (liaise with China office)
Diploma/Degree in business administration, marketing or related fields
Computer literate MS Words / Excel
A good team player
Disciplined, matured & able to work independently
Willing to work at One City, Subang Jaya
