Sales Officer

BLYON GROUP BERHAD is an investment holding company where consist a combination group of Blyon Fastentix Sdn Bhd, Blyon Technology Sdn Bhd and our product in retails industry called LURV where we inspired people in the journey of air fragrance.

We are seeking for a talent to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in promoting sales, nurturing and retaining program for our brands.

As a sales officer, we wish you able to;

• Work with the Manager to set up sales and strategic longer-term growth targets.

Conduct live sales sessions on various online marketplace platforms by engaging with customers in real-time, answering questions and promoting products effectively.

• Prepare on making marketing materials by creating some products knowledge to create effective marketing strategies.

Able to plan for sales event and develop idea on how to increase sales.

• Accurately pack orders to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition by checking the product quality and quantity before packing.

Arrange for timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Other requirement;

• More than 1 year of experience

Cheerful, bold and eager to growth

• High passion

Good in communication and writing skills

• Delivering a good speech presentation

Very well knowledge on Tiktok/Shopee Live ecosystem

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics
