Sales Merchandiser

This role is based in Klang, Malaysia.

Reporting to the Assistant/ Key Account Manager, the Sales Merchandiser plans and develops merchandising strategies for customers satisfaction and the companys objectives. He/she will analyse sales figures, monitor customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs, plan product ranges, and follow up on all orders as necessary.

• What You will be doing:

Collaborate with buyers and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales

• Develop relationships at store levels

Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

• Follow outlet planogram and maintain store shelves and inventory

Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearouts, etc.

• Support the team for trade shows/road shows and special events where necessary

Communicate with immediate superior regarding the sales issues /objectives

• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals

• What We are looking for:

At least a pass in Sijil Pelajaran Menengah (SPM) or its equivalent

• Experience in Sales and Merchandising

Good Attitude

• Independent
