Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Provide regular updates to clients on product or service developments.- Track sales performance and prepare reports on sales metrics, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., product management, finance) to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the trading industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; ability to analyze market data and trends.
