Job Responsibilities
- To promote, create sales from existing as well as new customer/dealers.
- To respond and follow up with customer/dealers enquiries via all kind of platforms.
- Organize and follow-up with customer/dealers to ensure prompt and on-time payment.
- Liaise closely with Finance & Admin (Accounts) Department on payment issues.
- Liaise closely with Store Department on delivery issues.
- Liaise closely with Service Department on installation/service issues.
- To work closely with customer/dealers and support our Advertising and Promotion needs.
- To actively seek and understand customer/dealer's needs and to feedback those needs to your superior.
- To actively monitor market needs requirements and expectations, in order to assist R&D to design suitable products. Conduct public/online surveys to gather marketing data
- To manage online marketplace sales centers and social media.
- To schedule and update installation/service appointment venue and date.
- To assist in maintaining company website, and also assist in creating product fliers, catalogues, social media feeds and marketing materials.
- To update Aftermarket Sales Report.
- Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
