Oversee activities in the sales gallery which includes monitoring the sales staff/ agent on the daily operation such as sales inquiries/ leads management, project briefing, contract & mortgage signing and after sales service.
Responsible to lead, guide and drive the sales team to achieve sales target set by the Company.
Manage appointed sales agents and ensuring sales adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
Ensure the sales team build and maintain good relationship with potential customers.
Ensure daily and weekly reports are submitted to the management timely.
Constantly update the Management on the requirements of the property market.
Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals and relevant agencies for carrying out Advertising and Promotional activities.
Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.
Responsible for statutory authorities, e.g Developer License and Advertising Permit (DLAP), 7F and NAPIC submission.
Conduct market surveys and analysis on competitors and property market.
Preparing, monitoring and tracking of marketing budget.
Requirements
Possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 8 years experience in property development industry.
Innovative, Independent, self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Additional knowledgeable in building/property specification, and government laws and regulations relating to property would be a plus.
Fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
Possess relevant skills in MS Office and social media.
