We are seeking a proactive Sales Marketing Executive with at least 3 years above of experience in sales and marketing. This role focuses on driving engagement, managing customer relationships, and increasing awareness of mental health services. This position offers a competitive salary range from RM 3,000 to RM 10,000 and an excellent opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote mental health services and resources.
- Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and foster a supportive community.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure accurate, compassionate messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and refine strategies.
- Manage social media channels, fostering a supportive community and responding to inquiries.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and graphics.
- Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the organization of events, webinars, and workshops on mental health topics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years above of experience in sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
