Job Title: Sales Marketing Executive
Location: Onsite - Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary: MYR 3,000 10,000 / month
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote mental health services and resources.
- Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and foster a supportive community.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure accurate and compassionate messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and refine strategies.
- Manage social media channels, fostering a supportive community and responding to inquiries.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and graphics.
- Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the organization of events, webinars, and workshops on mental health topics.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
Interview Process:
- 12 interviews with HR and the hiring manager.
- No assessments or tasks required.
