>> Identify and secure business from new and existing customers, and ensuring customers satisfaction

- ii. Networking & New Business
>> Build, maintain and expand a network of (new) external relations, detect and realize new business opportunities in line with internal guidelines and the market.
>> Organizing sales visits, contacts current and potential customers, visit establishments to evaluate needs, and promotes the sale of products and services.
- iv. Service after sales / Sales Suppport
>> Be solution driven ; maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and service improvement , focus on finding the right solution for long-term customer relationship development
- v. Account Management/ Sales Collection
>> Work closely with the finance team to provide solutions to keep track outstanding debts.
>> Build trust with debtors. Negotiate extended payment plans and the best course of action for customers seeking to avoid further debts
- vi. Reporting/Administration
>> To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product and sales related information.
