Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Managers located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Managers will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, and achieving sales targets. They will also play a key role in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and leading their respective teams.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree.
Experienced Professional 3 to 5 years working experience in Sales with a proven sales record for Sales Managers.
- Must have a genuine passion to excel as a Successful Sales Professional.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia with other languages as and added benefit.
Basic Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Communications, Presentation.- The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines as set by both the company and customers alike.
Administrative and project management excellence and the ability to multi-task. Ability to work with personnel of various levels within the organization.
- Ability to understand the Sales role clearly, identify the companys strengths and translate them into winning benefits to win over new customers.
Enthusiastic and creative with a great sense of humor.- Strong market sensibilities and with the ability to target and covert potential customers.
Pro-active and able to work independently based on set guidelines and targets set
- Selling the agreed Companys stable of products and value-added services .
Achieve the agreed sales target and KPIs set by the company.- Willing to work in in any Orient Telecoms assigned office.
Sourcing and Analyzing sales data to identify and prepare proposals , sales forecasts, potential customer targets, sales follow-up action, etc. within your assigned territory, for further development through Growth Account Management.
- Sound Working Experience in the Telecommunication or related fields handling a wide range of cliental (SMEs and, or business/corporate entities) is a clear advantage.
