Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at White Dot Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in the relevant industry
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Experienced in Interior Design and construction
