Job Descriptions:- Accomplish Company's quarterly and yearly target for whole country.
Direct & support Company's Distributors to ensure their goals are achieved.- Collaborate with CEO in driving the organizational vision and mission.
Develop overall sales, marketing, operation and training plan with strategies for implementation and to monitor the performance accordingly.
- Familiar and lead the team with Online and Offline operation.
Develop strong relationship & constant contact with current distributors and customers base to ensure protection of current business and aim for organic growth.- Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations and controls as set by the company.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
At least 10 years of working experience, the applicant must have Direct Selling, Network Marketing / MLM, or agency sales with experiences in the nutritional food supplement or wellness industry an advantage.
- Excellent Management and Leadership skills. Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented for sales implementation and reputable customer networking.
Good interpersonal and people collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships and relates well with others to drive results.- Understanding of advanced business planning, regulatory issues, and experience within the manufacturing/direct selling sectors.
Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
Excellent analytical and planning skills.
