Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our commercial proposals according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with internal department to facilitate client need fulfilment.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and service.
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales target
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Keep Section Heads and Operations Manager informed on any customer opportunities or problem timely.
Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner.
Carry out Ad Hoc task for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the Company.
