We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join TT Freight & Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, and driving business growth by expanding the companys client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirements
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience; 2+ years in a managerial role in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
