Job Description

  • Leadership and Management:

    Provide leadership and direction to branch staff.

    Recruit, train, and mentor employees.

    Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

    Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Operations Management:

    Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, and parts departments.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.

    Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stocking.

  • Sales and Marketing:

    Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

    Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

  • Customer Service:

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.

    Implement customer retention strategies.

  • Financial Management:

    Prepare and manage the branch budget.

    Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.

    Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.

  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

    Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.

    Conduct regular inspections and audits.

  • Safety and Compliance:

    Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.

    Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.

    Implement safety protocols and procedures.
  • JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in automotive sales or management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
