About The Job
- Engage in creative selling by building a client network.
- Oversee the sales team and inspire them to reach sales targets.
- Participate actively in new sales orientations and the development of sales staff training programs.
- Create a sales incentives/payment scheme and ensure sales materials are prepared on time.
- Identify and manage sales-related events, roadshows, or exhibitions to generate viable leads.
- Compile and analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
- Develop and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and outcomes.
Skills And Requirements
- Degree graduate in sales, real estate or equivalent qualifications
- Proven sales track record in property developer industry
- Possesses leadership skills with great interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around
