Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell residential, commercial and mixed-use properties

Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Development or equivalent

Must possess basic knowledge in sales

Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales & marketing

Strong Verbal and written communication skills

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
