Sales Manager | IT Consulting

The company is expanding its SAP, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering Consulting Services in the Asian and Middle East regions as a global delivery center, offering flexible offshore delivery customized to client needs.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in IT Consulting at Virtual Calibre in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves understanding client requirements, offering IT consulting solutions, and providing excellent customer service to support clients across Asia.

• Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of IT Consulting, SAP, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
