Tasek Corporation Berhad Company Overview incorporated in 1962, Tasek Corporation Berhad (a member of Hong Leong Asia Ltd., Singapore) is the oldest integrated cement plant in Malaysia and commenced cement production in Ipoh, Perak in 1964 as Tasek Cement Limited. The annual rated production capacity was 250,000 tonnes before expanded the rated capacity to produce up to 2.3 million tonnes of clinker production per year.
Job Description
- Drive new customer acquisition and actively contribute to increasing sales.
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer retention and promote revenue growth.
- Handle and manage customer logistics arrangements, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
- Engage with the Department of Environment and relevant government bodies, supporting the execution of a defined engagement roadmap.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in the market.
- Plan and execute company exhibition events, showcasing products and services to enhance brand visibility, while actively networking with potential clients to foster business relationships and drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships between internal and external customers. Ensure close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all business practices, ensuring full compliance with company policies and standards.
- Minimize outstanding accounts receivables each month by ensuring prompt payment collection from identified customers.
- Manage market data, analyse trends, and forecast future developments to leverage insights for driving growth in targeted markets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Participate actively in department initiatives and events.
- Other duties as assigned during employment.
Job Requirements
- MUST possess waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing, with at least 7 years experience.
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Environmental Engineering / Chemical / Environmental Science or equivalent experience.
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English.
- The ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and versatile.
- Able to manage multiple assignments;
