Job responsibilities:- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, preparing sales budgets, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address their needs.- Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's global reach.
- Plan and develop skills to recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, motivate and coach them.
Lead and monitor team members performance, ensuring the use of effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
Set discount rates and determine price schedules.- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Handle and resolve all issues related to the Sales Department.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or relevant knowledge and experience in the Interior Design or Cabinetry Business
Minimum of five years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closures.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams.
Previous experience in motivational speaking.
- Proven success in consistently surpassing sales quotas.
Willingness and ability to travel, expected to be at least 40% of the time.
