This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Hong Bee Group located in Subang Jaya. The Sales Manager will be dealing with building materials in projects and be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, conducting market research, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and providing timely reports to senior management.
Proven sales experience and successful track record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
Goal-oriented and self-motivated- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
