As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to develop and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel. To develop strategic action plans for a hotel to drive measurable sales revenue.

Build relationships with existing and new clients
Represent Holiday Inn Sepang in key markets for the Hotel
Identify and create new relationship for hotel from corporate and Travel Trade segments
Research and analyse different programs for all hotels to identify new leads and accounts from all key market
Identify a minimum of 5 targeted accounts for new opportunities and acquire these accounts from all key market
Develop and increase meeting and event business for both corporate and MICE group and proactively drive new business
Plan and conduct sales trip or call in key targeted markets as required
Management of the strategies relating to the sourcing, identifying and development of new business
Attend internal and external meeting and events as required
Produce production report as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing
Be flexible and adaptable in working in other key sales area where necessary
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on regular basis
